- 15 (about 100g) long beans - cut into 1 inch length
- 10 medium size prawns - devein and leave the tail on
- 6 garlic - crushed
- 1 tsp saffron strands/turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt for taste
Directions
- When oil is heated, splatter garlic for 1-2 mins.
- Add every other ingredient and cook till the beans are softened.
- Remove from heat
- (Note: for more sauce, you can add water or more coconut milk)
