Touchdown Black Eyed Pea Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can (15-ounce.) black-eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 can (15-ounce.) white or possibly yellow hominy, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced mild onion
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 c. Warm salsa
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
Directions
- 1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; cover and chill to let flavors blend, at least two hrs or possibly overnight. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips as dippers.
