Marinated Black Eyed Peas
Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce.) can black eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 dashes warm sauce
- Onion rings
- Green pepper rings
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 days. Before serving, garnish with onion rings and pepper rings.
