Southern Style Green Bean And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 med red potatoes - (to 6) peeled or possibly not,
- sliced 1/4" thick,
- 4 c. whole fresh green beans - (to 5 c.) trimmed
- 6 slc bacon diced, fried,
- and liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dry onion
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place sliced potatoes and green beans in crockpot; add in other ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
