Green Bean And Peas Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans French style green beans or possibly fresh beans
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans peas or possibly fresh frzn peas
- 1 sm. carton Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 lg. onion, sliced into thin rings
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions
- In baking dish layer as follows: Beans, peas, sliced onion rings, sliced cheese, beans, peas, sliced onion rings, sliced cheese, mushroom soup, crushed Ritz crackers as topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
