Ingredients

  • 4 med red potatoes - (to 6) peeled or possibly not,
  •     sliced 1/4" thick,
  • 4 c. whole fresh green beans - (to 5 c.) trimmed
  • 6 slc bacon diced, fried,
  •     and liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dry onion
  • 1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place sliced potatoes and green beans in crockpot; add in other ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
