Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in small (1 1/2 quart) slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High for 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently
- Serve warm with crackers
