  • Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

    Ingredients

    • 10 oz frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
    • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in small (1 1/2 quart) slow cooker.
    2. Cover and cook on High for 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently
    3. Serve warm with crackers

      I tweaked this recipe quite a bit...I added a couple more oz of the Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella ......also a couple scoops of sour cream....and half package of cream cheese. We dipped with tortilla chips and it was awesome! Hubby loved it and even my 3 yr old liked it. Will definitely make this again..
