Italian Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 pkt Cream cheese
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 3 pkt Frzn spinach, minced, thawed, dry
- 1 can Artichoke hearts, plain, cut in 1" pcs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave and oven-proof dish with lid.
- Heat in microwave for one minute increments till all ingredients are easily incorporated.
- Once this is done, mix the spinach and artichoke heart pcs into the cheese mix. Bake 50 min covered, the 10 min uncovered.
