  • Shrimp In Lobster Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp. black bean sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 pound raw peeled shrimp
    • 2 green onions, minced with greens reserved
    • 1/2 c. warm water
    • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp. cool water
    • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
    • Rice

    Directions

    1. Mix first 6 ingredients together; set aside. Heat oil in skillet till warm. Stir in shrimp and mix and green onions. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 c. water; cover and cook till shrimp are pink, about 2 min.
    2. Mix cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water; stir into shrimp mix. Cook and stir till thickened. Add in Large eggs; cook and stir just till Large eggs are set. Sprinkle with reserved green onion tops; serve with rice. Yield: 2-4 servings.
