    Ingredients

    • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 (14 ¾ oz) can cream-style corn
    • 1 (8oz) package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe: Corn Casserole

    All you need:

    All you need to do:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.

    Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven and top with the Cheddar cheese.

    Return the dish to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

    Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
