Easy Corn Casserole
My family loves corn anything and this will be a regular thing at our dinners. Thanks to my friend Jaynee Levy-Polis for the recipe. Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick (1/4 pound) butter, melted
- 4 Tsp all purpose flour (heaping)
- 2 Tsp sugar (I use Splenda whenever possible)
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced (your choice of color)
- 1 cup milk (recipe called for whole milk, I used skim)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour into greased casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 20 minutes
