Creamed Corn Casserole
Delicious side dish for some BBQ! Ingredients
- 1 c. Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Mix first Jiffy mix, oil, eggs, garlic salt and cream corn. Mixture might be sightly lumpy. Don't worry.
- Cover with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a greased dish at 325 degrees for 45 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
