Easy Corn Casserole

- 5 beaten eggs
- 3-4 tbs. melted butter, or margerine
- 2-4 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbs. cornstarch
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cans creamstyle corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash Tabasco
- paprika
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Mix the corstarch with the milk.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together, holding back a bit of the cheese for the topping.
- Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered, or until the center is set.
- Turn off oven, sprinkle on cheese and paprika.
- Serve when cheese is melted.
