Pork With Roasted Red Peppers And Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 x Pork chop
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Oregano, dry
- 4 med Potato, red
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- Black pepper
- 1/2 c. Red peppers, roasted
Directions
- Season chops with pepper. Brown chops in oil, 10 minutes. Remove. Add in potatoes, onion, oregano. Cook 5 minutes., stirring occasionally. Add in chops, broth, and peppers. Heat to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
