ALL TIME FILIPINO DISH Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken/pork (cut into desired pieces), salt and pepper, 1 cup cane vinegar, 3/4 cup fish sauce, 1 cloge of garlic minced
Directions
- Marinate pork or chicken with all the ingredients, let it stay for an hour. Then slow cook until pork or chicken are golden brown and oil comes out of the meat.
