  • Pineapple Fruit Punch

    Ingredients

    • 1 can pineapple juice - (46 ounce)
    • 2 c. sugar - (to 3)
    • 2 pkt unsweetened lemonade drink mix (2.3 ounce ea)
    • 3 quart water
    • 1 can frzn orange juice concentrate - (12 ounce) thawed
    • 1/3 c. lemon juice
    • 1 quart ginger ale chilled

    Directions

    1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large container till sugar dissolves. Stir in 3 qts water, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice; refrigerate4 hrs. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
    2. This recipe yields about 1 1/2 gallons.
    3. Comments: To make an ice ring, reserve 4 c. punch before chilling. Arrange assorted fruit in bottom of a 6-c. ring mold. Pour punch into mold, and freeze 8 hrs.
    4. Yield: 1 1/2 gallons
