Island Fruit Punch
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 c. Pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. Light rum
- 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grenadine syrup
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher; stir well, and chill. Fill 4 glasses with orange juice mix. Slowly pour 1-1/2 tsp. grenadine syrup down inside of each glass (don't stir before serving).
- Yield: 4 c.
- (serving size: 1 c.).
- NOTES : For a nonalcoholic punch, omit rum, and use 2-1/2 c. orange juice and 1-1/4 c. pineapple juice.
