INGREDIENTS: Paneer - 250 gmsBesan/ Gram flour - 1 cupTurmeric powder - 1/2 tspChilli powder - 2 tspsBaking soda - 1/4 tspKasturi methi - 1 tspSalt to taste METHOD OF PREPARATION: 1. Prepare a smooth batter with besan, baking soda, chilli and turmeric powder, kasturi methi and salt with sufficient water without lumps.2. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter to get coated well. 3) Heat oil for deep frying. Once hot, drop in the panner cubes and fry till golden brown.
