Orange-Cherry Baked Pork Loin Roast
Wonderful flavors in this Meal! A favorite here. Ingredients
- 5-6 lbs. Pork Loin Roast
- one teaspoon each: white pepper, garlic salt, onion powder
- 1-1/4 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
- 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
- 1 cup whole pitted cherries (can use dried cherries)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Mix seasonings in a small ramekin and sprinkle over the entire Pork Loin Roast, place into a baking/roasting pan, add veggie stock, cover with foil and bake 55 minutes
- In a small saucepan add orange marmalade, honey, cherries and cook on low heat 15 minutes
- Remove roast from oven and allow it to rest at least 10 minutes under the foil tent
- Cut into thick slices, add orange-cherry sauce
- Enjoy!
