Lemon-Almond Coated Baked Salmon
Perfect meal for date night! Ingredients
- 2 - 4-6 ounce Salmon Fillets
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- Spray an oven safe oval or square baking dish with your favorite baking spray
- On a clean work surface lay your Salmon Fillets
- In a small bowl add melted butter and lemon juice, stir to mix, evenly coat both sides of Salmon Fillets with a brush (liberally)
- On a plate add crushed almonds, coat the lemon-buttered fillets with the crushed almonds and place in the baking dish
- Bake for 12-14 minutes
