Honey~Dill Baked Salmon
Lovely Salmon with a honey-dill glaze, serve with rice or any side dishes you like. Ingredients
- 2-4 ounce Salmon Filets (Skin On)
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill chopped (divided use)
- 1/4 cup fish stock
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- Coat Salmon Filets with honey, sprinkle chopped dill on top (skin side down
- Place in a baking dish, add fish stock, loosely cover with aluminum Foil and place into the hot oven
- Bake 5 minutes then remove foil and bake 2-3 more minutes
- We love this served with brown rice, any side dishes you like will complement this Salmon Main Course
