Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 2 lbs. hash browns (Ore-Ida hash brown patties)
- 16 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt
- Cheese - sufficient to cover top
Directions
- Thaw hash brown patties and separate. Saute/fry onions in butter. Mix all ingredients except cheese thoroughly. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Top with cheese and bake 15 min more.
