Cheddar Cheese & Hash Brown Casserole
Makes a great side dish any time! Ingredients
- 1-16 ounce bag Frozen Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- one teaspoon onion powder
- one teaspoon black pepper
- one cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add frozen potatoes, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, stir well, add milk, stir again
- Transfer to a non stick baking dish and smooth out the top, add cheddar cheese, cover with foil and bake @ 375 F for 30 minutes
- These are great for a breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner side dish-Enjoy!
