Hardee's Mushroom And Swiss Burger
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbells golden brown mushroom soup
- 1 can Green Giant sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 lb hamburger pattie
- 1 tsp Accent meat tenderizer
- 1 tsp Lawreys seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 x hamburger bun
- 1 slc Swiss cheese (the processed kind no holes)
Directions
- Mix the first three ingredients together (don't dilute the soup) put on low heat and let simmer.
- Mix the Accent, Lawreys and pepper together and put in a shaker. Season the pattie to taste with this and fry or possibly grill till done.
- Put onto bun and top with the Swiss cheese. Then put on the sauce and you're done.
- This recipe yields 1 burger.
