Grilled Asparagus With Smoked Salmon (Brennan)
Ingredients
- Asparagus spears Extra virgin olive oil Salt Pepper Fresh thyme Sliced smoked salmon Capers, liquid removed Lowfat sour cream Lemon wedges
Directions
- Rub asparagus spears with extra virgin olive oil; season with salt, pepper and fresh thyme. Cook over a medium-warm grill till tender. Arrange slices of smoked salmon on a plate, top with the grilled asparagus spears and accompany with capers, lowfat sour cream and lemon wedges.
