Crockpot Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. short-grain brown rice
- 1/2 c. millet
- 1/2 c. barley
- 8 c. water
- 1/2 c. dates pitted, minced
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Prepare the night before!. Thoroughly wash all the grains and drain.
- Add in all indredients into crockpot and stir to mix. Cook on Low all night.
- In the morning, stir and serve with lowfat milk, cinammon and brown sugar.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
