  • Breakfast Burritos

    Ingredients

    • 6 ounce breakfast sausage
    • 1 3/4 c. (16-oz) can) Refried Beans
    • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
    • 8 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
    • 8 x (10 inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
    • 1/2 c. (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 c. minced tomato
    • 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper Thick & Chunky Salsa

    Directions

    1. COOK sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 min or possibly till no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans; cook for 3 to 4 min. Remove from skillet; keep hot. Heat butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add in Large eggs; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 min or possibly till Large eggs are of desired consistency.
    2. TOP each tortilla proportionately with sausage mix, Large eggs, cheese, tomato and bell pepper; fold into burritos. Serve with salsa
