    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup lump crab meat, approximately
    • 1 tablespoon Asian hot sauce (Sriracha)
    • 1 package won ton wrappers

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Mix cream cheese, crab meat and hot sauce in a bowl.
    3. Put about a teaspoon and a half of mixture in center of each wrapper
    4. Dip finger tips in water and wet edges of wrapper lightly and fold in half removing as much air as possible.
    5. Seal tightly and place won tons on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    6. Bake until golden brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).

These look yummy! I am impressed that you baked them instead of frying, that is a great calorie saving idea! I think I would add in a few chives to the mix as well for some flavor and color! Thanks for the good recipe!

I couldn't see hardly anything. The commercial kept getting in the way. Every time I tried to get rid of it, it popped up again at the bottom of the film.

I had a version of these at a restaurant in Nashville. If these are half as good I am psyched!!
