Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 20 x chocolate kisses candy
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 x (6 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x baked pie shell whipped cream, optional minced peanuts, optional
Directions
- Method:1. Heat the chocolate with the whipping cream. Stir till smooth, and spread proportionately over the bottom of the pie shell. Chill till ready to fill; chocolate should be hard before filling.
- 2. Put the dry pudding mix and peanut butter in a heavy saucepan. Over low heat, gradually stir in the lowfat milk using a wire whisk. Stir constantly till mix thickens and comes to a boil. Cold for 15 min, stirring often. Pour peanut butter filling into crust. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
- 3. Top with whipped topping and minced peanuts if you like.
