Ingredients

  • 20 x chocolate kisses candy
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 x (6 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x baked pie shell whipped cream, optional minced peanuts, optional

Directions

  1. Method:1. Heat the chocolate with the whipping cream. Stir till smooth, and spread proportionately over the bottom of the pie shell. Chill till ready to fill; chocolate should be hard before filling.
  2. Put the dry pudding mix and peanut butter in a heavy saucepan. Over low heat, gradually stir in the lowfat milk using a wire whisk. Stir constantly till mix thickens and comes to a boil. Cold for 15 min, stirring often. Pour peanut butter filling into crust. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
  3. Top with whipped topping and minced peanuts if you like.
  4. Makes 1 -9 inch pie
