Chocolate Chip Mounds
These were quick and easy and some of them maintained the chips in a liquid form. I am not sure why and it did not happen to every cookie. I gave these to my class and one of the boys spotted what I did, a completely baked cookie with chocolate oozing out where there was a chip. Others had chips in their usual state.
Chocolate Chip Mounds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using electric mixer, cream margarine, oil, brown and white sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla. Continue mixing on low.
Add dry ingredients and combine with we ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9 - 10 minutes.
