Chicken Teriyaki And Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 med Potatoes, cut into thin Wedges
- 1 lb Boned and skinned chicken Breast halves -- cut in 1" Slices
- 2 Tbsp. Vegatable oil
- 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
Directions
- Microwave potatoes 8 -10 min till tender. While potatoes are cooking, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 min.
- Add in potatoes; saute/fry and toss till potatoes are lightly browned. Add in onions and Teriyaki sauce; toss till heated through.
