Ingredients

  • 4 med Potatoes, cut into thin Wedges
  • 1 lb Boned and skinned chicken Breast halves -- cut in 1" Slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegatable oil
  • 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce

Directions

  1. Microwave potatoes 8 -10 min till tender. While potatoes are cooking, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 min.
  2. Add in potatoes; saute/fry and toss till potatoes are lightly browned. Add in onions and Teriyaki sauce; toss till heated through.
