Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1/4 block Velveeta (lg. pkg.)
- 1 chicken, boiled & cooled (save chicken stock)
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 ounce. uncooked spaghetti
Directions
- Debone chicken, set aside. Boil spaghetti in chicken stock. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in a little butter. When they are tender add in soups and Rotel and cheese. Drain spaghetti. Add in spaghetti and chicken to soup mix. Ready to serve.
