Ingredients

  • 1/4 block Velveeta (lg. pkg.)
  • 1 chicken, boiled & cooled (save chicken stock)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 ounce. uncooked spaghetti

Directions

  1. Debone chicken, set aside. Boil spaghetti in chicken stock. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in a little butter. When they are tender add in soups and Rotel and cheese. Drain spaghetti. Add in spaghetti and chicken to soup mix. Ready to serve.
