Burrito de bonito en aceite de oliva
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna in oil Cantabriaentuboca
- 1 spring onion into strips
- 6 red peppers into thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 eggs
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 fresh cheese
- mayonnaise sauce
Directions
- For burritos: Fry onion + peppers + oil + salt. Add garlic + cayenne, correct seasoning. The vegetables should be crisp and drained, without sauce. Make an egg nonstick skillet grilled on both sides + salt. Cut on the table into two halves. Slicing cheese.
- Spread the tortillas on the table and fill vegetable egg + + + tuna + romesco cheese. Close by tightening tortillas and place them on the frying pan + dash of oil. Tortillas brown on all sides. Remove the pan golden burritos. Cut in two. Ready.
