Bingka Pisang (Banana Cake)

- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 3/4 all purpose flour
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar till sugar dissolved and it becomes light yellow mix.
- Add eggs one at a time and continue creaming.
- Fold in flour followed by the mashed bananas.
- Ensure there's no little lumps of flour inside.
- Combine in vanilla essence and pour mixture into a greased pan.
- Bake at 175C for one hour or until bingka is cooked.
