Beverly's Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 box minced spinach or possibly broc
- 1/2 x Onion
- 1/2 c. Bell pepper
- 1 c. Cheese
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix rest with mixer to pour over other ingredients. Bake 400 degree for 35 minuutes.
