Beverly's Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 box minced spinach or possibly broc 1/2 x Onion 1/2 c. Bell pepper 1 c. Cheese

3/4 c. Bisquick 3 x Large eggs 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

1. Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix rest with mixer to pour over other ingredients. Bake 400 degree for 35 minuutes.
