Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 (3 to 4 pound) beef tenderloins
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black ground pepper
- soy sauce
Directions
- Season beef with garlic, onion and pepper.
- Place inside Ziploc bag. Cover with soy sauce. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Place beef in baking dish, uncovered. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover tightly with aluminum foil for 35 minutes.
- Slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices; and serve with
- horseradish on the side.
