Bean Sprout Omelette
Mini omelets made with eggs, bean sprouts, salad leaves, onions and red chillies. Ingredients
- 1 cup bean sprouts - break the tail part, rinsed and drained.
- 1 cup salad leaves - shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 red (abt 100g) onion - sliced thinly
- 2 red chillies - sliced thinly
- Pepper and salt for taste
- Oil as needed
Directions
- Combine and mix all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
- Heat oil on a flat flying pan.
- Scoop a bit of the egg mixture and pour into the pan.
- Fry while flattening it, to spread evenly to cook on both sides.
- Remove from pan.
- Repeat the same process with the balance of the egg mixture.
