  • Baked Spaghetti

    Easy for dinner parties as you make it the day before.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Onion minced
    • 1 lb Ground Beef (substitute your preference)
    • 3 Tbsp Oil
    • 3 small cans Tomato Sauce
    • 1 Cup Burgundy Wine
    • 1/4 tsp Oregano
    • 1/4 tsp Basil
    • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
    • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
    • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    • 1 Tbsp Sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1/2 lb Spaghetti (break into small pieces)
    • 1 cup grated cheese (mozarella, cheddar)

    Directions

    1. Day before saute onions and meat until brown.
    2. Add all ingredients except Spaghetti and cheese.
    3. Simmer one hour.
    4. Cook Spaghetti and add to sauce with 1/2 cup cheese.
    5. Put in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
    6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
