Wisconsin Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 6 T. butter
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 4 or 5 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 T. flour
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 4 c. shredded velveeta cheese
- 2 c. chopped ham
Directions
- Saute onion and celery in melted butter. Stir in flour, pepper and mustard. Stir in milk, chicken broth and ham. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Add cheese; stirring until melted.
