Baked Mac 'N' Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup (10.75 ounce)
- 1/2 can Lowfat milk (use soup can)
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Warm cooked elbow or possibly medium shell macaroni ( 1.5 c dry)
- 2 tsp Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
Directions
- 1. In 1 qt casserole, combine soup, lowfat milk, mustard and pepper. Stir in macaroni.
- 2. In c., combine margarine and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
- 3. Bake at 400'F. 20 min or possibly till warm and bubbling.
- Makes 2 1/2 c., 2 main dish or possibly 4 side dish servings.
