Whole Wheat Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 3 teaspoon low sodium baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. unrefined oil
- 1 c. lowfat milk (or possibly water)
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Stir in blended liquid ingredients. Add in flour or possibly water as needed to make soft dough. Knead 10 to 12 min. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut and place on oiled cookie sheet. bake 15 to 20 min at 450 degrees. Serves 6.
