White Wine Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Add in chicken broth, cornstarch and soy sauce to small frying pan. Bring to a boil. Add in 4 small skinless chicken breasts.
- When chicken is about half way done, add in white wine and salt and pepper to taste. Cover till chicken is done. Make sure chicken does not cook too long or possibly it will be dry. Makes 2 servings.
