Velvety Butter Cookies
Gooseberry Patch - Jacqueline Kurtz Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups flour
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients
- Mix well
- Chill for 2 hours
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface for 1/4 inch thick
- Cut out with desired cookie cutters
- Bake on greased baking sheets at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes
