Vegetable Frittata
easy and healthy! Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon parmesan
Directions
- Saute veggies in non stick pan (with oven proof handle), add egg and egg white beaten, sprinkle with parmesan and put in oven at 350 degrees. Bake until firm to touch.
