    • Vegan Magic Chocolate Sauce All Rights Reserved: an original recipe from Lavender and Lime
    • 75g 100% solid cacao, roughly chopped 25g coconut oil 15g agave syrup

    Do you like ice cream on a hot day? I am sure the answer to that is a resounding yes. So, make this vegan magic chocolate sauce and take your ice cream up a level. It sets hard and gives the most amazing crack. And better still, it takes no effort to make.

    In the time between my license expiring and the new one arriving I had to drive around with the receipt. This would be proof that I had applied for my new card and I would not be fined if stopped in a roadblock. I was quite fortunate that we were not travelling as during that period. I doubt that any rental company would have accepted my receipt and expired license as being valid. Instead, the time was spent at home working on recipes. One that I have made over and over again is this vegan magic chocolate sauce. It is the ideal thing to keep in your pantry and take out for when you want to make your ice cream dessert go from plain to special. Have you made this sauce?

    Place the cacao and coconut oil into a glass bowl Microwave in 30 second bursts, whisking in between, until melted Whisk in the agave syrup and leave to cool to room temperature Pour over ice cream and watch it set! You can store this in a glass jar and just melt as needed 3.5.3251
