Tuna Flakes Afritada
Healthy and tasty recipe. Ingredients
- 1 big can Tuna flakes (in oil or brine)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 big red tomato, diced
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small can cooked green peas
- 1 small pouch tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Saute onion, garlic, tomatoes.
- Add potatoes and carrots.
- Pour water little at a time
- Simmer till well done.
- Add tuna flakes, simmer for a minute.
- Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Put green peas and bell peppers.
- Serve while hot.
